INT. APARTMENT - DAY
Client, handsome but intelligently dressed, is sitting at their computer looking at a website. The Client is curious how to take this awesome idea they have and turn it into a screenplay. But where do they start? What's the formula? How do you communicate an idea from your head to the page to the screen?
There are books, but who has time for that? The open Amazon cart on the tab next to the website is full of books that they don't want to read. Besides, aren't screenplays written for people who don't have time to read?
The shift their focus back to the website. How can this actor help me with my screenplay? Does he even know anything about writing? Has he written a screenplay?
He's a former judge for the LA Screenplay Competition? Okay, that's nice. He's written three plays and three screenplays? Also good. He's written screenplays for corporate and private clients? Hmmm..this could work.
